Upcoming Boot Camp: Starting from Next Sunday on all locations.

Fremont: Onsite and Online Live Streaming Classes offered On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 5:30-7:00 AM , 9:00 -10:15 AM and 6:45 – 8:00 PM,
Pleasanton: Onsite Classes offered on Saturdays 6:30-7:30 PM and
Santa Clara: Classes offered on Tuesdays, Thursdays (6:00 – 7:00 AM, 7:15 – 8:15 AM And 7:30 – 8:30 PM) and Saturdays 6:00- 7:00 AM, Sundays 9 – 10 AM.
You are required to practice both onsite as well as online classes.

As given below, Each boot camp comes up with a Personal Wellness Consultation with Yoga Master Manoj Joshi and a workshop on 7 Secrets to Personal Excellence.

Boot Camp is a Price Package and Commitment Package comprising of 3 things:

  1. One Workshop on 7 Secrets to Personal Excellence
  2. One Personal Consultation on Holistic Living with Yoga Master Manoj Joshi and
  3. At least 21 Sessions of WBAM Yoga Classes, Recommended for Daily Practice for 8 weeks for Better results.

There may be additional Seminars for expanding your knowledge and practice and you are encouraged to attend to those. You are required to take at least 21 sessions both onsite as well as online. You will be guided by customized audio and Video for your daily practice of yoga and Meditation. Boot Camp typically expires in 2 months time from start date unless there is a request in advance for genuine extension.

The sessions vary from 60- 90 minutes time which include Stimulation of Joints, Hatha Flow Routines, Mindful Meditation, Pranayama (Yogic Breathing) including last 10-12 minutes of Yoga Nidra Relaxation on 21 Core Themes of Total Health: Physical, Mental, Emotional, Social and Spiritual. You can Join either Online (Live Streaming Yoga webcasted from Fremont Center) or in Person Classes in our Centers in Fremont, Santa Clara or Pleasanton for 7 weeks of starting the boot camp. One Hour of Personal Wellness Consultation (60 – 90 minutes) for holistic living with Manoj Joshi ($151 Value) is included with this offer! The personal consultation is aimed at customizing the yoga routine, breathing practice and lots of personal wellness and yogic secrets for a great personal practice. Optionally, there would be a Mantra Initiation or Goal Setting Initiation with Pranashakti Healing.

The Seminar would be on the 7 Secrets to Personal Excellence and the Foundation of the Yoga Detox Boot Camp. Each center will have at least once a month this seminar. you should plan to join this seminar at the earliest possible opportunity before or after joining the boot camp.
