Mindfulness, Yoga and Dance Summer Camp

This unique inclusive workout designed by a well-known Indian classically trained dancer (Sanjib Bhattacharya) combines those basic elements and uses them to satisfy our inner needs. Yoga and Mindfulness Guru Manoj Joshi would offer secret tools of yoga, pranayama, yoga nidra and more for your Daily Needs for Success and Happiness.
This dynamic yoga, dance (Manipuri and Chhau) & meditation combo can help you achieve better emotional control, more peace and harmony of the body-mind-soul triad, strengthen confidence, enhance intelligence, self expression and of course reduce stress. Open to all ages If you are already learning a different form of dance, you will learn and appreciate these tools which would add more skills and refinement to your performances.
Curriculum and Teaching Style:
The curriculum is very hands-on and practice oriented with lots of Fun and Humor. Participants would learn some theory in between the practices and would practice yoga nidra to assimilate the knowledge gained. They would learn as if they are going to teach someone later.
